A new approach to visualization solutions is the LAYOUT BUILDER. It is a low-code application where customers can create a simple layout of their manufacturing environment, place machine cards, and assign basic required information themselves. This approach is highly user-friendly and now enables a very quick and easy basic view into production.
The setup and configuration are highly intuitive without any major need for training, and thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality, positioning individual machine cards is a breeze.
Within the user permissions, the path to configuration and setup is very simple, making the creation of a basic custom layout with the required information a matter of just a few minutes.
I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE THE LAYOUT MORE
Another option we offer is an individual approach to layout solutions, including additional functions and display options. This approach allows complete customization of the visualization based on the display location, specific functional requirements, and the target audience for the given layout.
I WANT IT TO INCLUDE FLOW (MOVEMENT)
The final option is the visualization of primary production lines, including material flow display and, for example, the assignment of values such as speed, takt time, or cycle time. This type of display is highly dynamic and creates the feeling of a real flow.
