We are kicking off 2026 at a high pace, seamlessly building on the record-breaking year of 2025. Right at the start, we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who is on this journey with us—our customers, business partners, and colleagues. Your trust and cooperation are crucial to us, and we will do our utmost to ensure that our joint operations and further development remain strong and meaningful. This applies not only to our business goals but also within the team, keeping a balance with what is equally important to each of us: family and personal life.
Although we did not manage to meet absolutely every goal we set at the beginning of 2025, we certainly did not slow down. On the contrary. We replaced some of the planned tasks with new challenges and activities that the year brought us, which pushed us a step further. As a result, we enter 2026 carrying over not only a few remaining tasks from last year but also a number of ambitious new projects.
For instance, we look forward to the ISO 27001 certification, development under the Proof of Concept grant focused on the use of AI in maintenance, further expansion of our development team, strengthening our marketing, the systematic development of juniors in project management, and, last but not least, achieving business growth of another 30 percent.
We already know that we will keep up the same pace in 2026, fully aware of the saying, “he who stands still is left behind.” We look forward to the challenges ahead, new opportunities, and our shared path forward.

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Tomáš is a senior full-stack developer with experience from a large software house, and he is also our longest-serving teammate. He has been an integral part of the team since the very beginning and has become one of its core pillars over time. His seniority shows not only in his deep technical knowledge but primarily in his approach to work, reliability, and the responsibility he takes on completely naturally. Tomáš is not the type of person who always needs to be heard or seen.
However, that gives us even greater confidence that when things get tough, he always stands firmly behind us. He is a calm voice of reason when we need to stay on track, and a person we can rely on under any circumstances.
We know that together with him, we will always find a solution, even when it does not look easy at first glance. There is no challenge he cannot overcome… though we usually have to listen to him say that “it won’t be entirely simple” first 🙂 And it is thanks to people like Tomáš that we know our team stands on solid foundations, both professionally and personally.
DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: DAILY OVERVIEW
The activity overview provides a detailed time and performance breakdown of production on individual machines, serving as a key resource for evaluating efficiency and optimizing production processes. The overview can be easily filtered by date, machine, or shift.
A clear table displays individual production sections and operations, focusing on the start and end times, duration, and net production time. It also includes information about the operator, production order, operation, product, planned vs. actual number of produced pieces (OK / NOK), and partial indicators of availability, performance, quality, and overall OEE.
