Kryštof embodies young energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for digitalization. Right from the start, it was clear that he is not afraid of new challenges or a fast pace. Thanks to his interest in chemistry, which he pursued during his studies and in his free time, he has developed precision, systematic thinking, and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
This allows him to absorb information rapidly and integrate immediately into the team’s workflow. He can combine technical thinking with organizational skills and is not afraid to take on responsibility. He brings a fresh perspective and energy to projects, allowing him to very quickly become a reliable Junior Project Manager. We need more such young talents!

Professional IPA Conference – presentation for dozens of participants
Our company, Better Industry, is expanding its operations to Slovakia. We attended the Production Management 2025 conference, held on October 21–22 in Žilina. This event, organized for the fourteenth time, annually attracts more than 200 production managers, experts, and innovators. This year’s edition carried an inspiring theme: “Technologies shift boundaries, people give them direction.” Over the two days, participants had the opportunity not only to absorb the latest knowledge in production improvement, digitalization, and AI but also to meet face-to-face with representatives of companies leading the way in this field.
Better Industry presented itself at the conference alongside our AI partner, Pulsar Solutions, and our new integrator for Slovakia, Melmar Solutions, was also present. The atmosphere of the event is best captured by the impressions of our colleague who attended for the very first time: “Slovakia, Žilina, IPA… my first time.

I’m going in blind, I don’t know anyone here—and right after a few minutes, the first visit to our booth, then another. During the day, a pilot project for Schindler escalators was created, and three more opportunities opened up. What is happening? Where am I? In a place where 200 people interested in improvement met. And that is exactly the environment where Better Industry wants to be.” The conference brought not only new contacts and inspiration but also confirmation that Better Industry has its place among the leaders in production digitalization and process improvement—and now also in Slovakia.
WE ARE MOVING TO A NEW PLACE
We are growing, and with us grows the need for space where we can create, plan, and move forward. Our current office started getting tight, so we decided to take another step forward. We moved into a new, larger office with its own facilities. The new premises bring us not only more space but also better conditions for meetings, joint brainstorming, and technical discussions, which are crucial for our team of developers and project managers.
Finally, we have a space where we can truly focus on work and developing new ideas. We are gradually equipping the office to be practical, efficient, and pleasant—simply a place where we will feel good and where everything we need will literally be under one roof. We are adjusting to the new environment quickly and look forward to showing you photos of the office soon.
Our company’s long-term strategy is the development of our maintenance solution. The manufacturing sector and its related maintenance field are undergoing major changes. We want to contribute to the long-term sustainability of this industry, support the know-how of maintenance staff, make this craft more attractive to the younger generation, and deliver new solutions. We do not want to “just” copy what has already been invented, but strive to bring new functionalities and be a trendsetter in this area in the future!
And this is one of the main factors why we are joining forces with Pulsar Solutions s.r.o., a startup specializing in implementing AI solutions in industrial maintenance. Our cooperation is at the very beginning, as are the first implementations of their solution at our initial customers.
During 2026, the integration of our BI MAINTENANCE system with features from Pulsar Solutions will begin. This connection will create a powerful tool for industrial maintenance, covering ASSET MANAGEMENT, PREVENTIVE + REACTIVE MAINTENANCE, including the integration of AI elements for a higher level of automated generation of manuals, instructions, and procedures, as well as improved reporting with procedural prediction/prescription. We are very much looking forward to this cooperation and believe in our future mutual success.
DEVELOPMENT NEWS: LAYOUT BUILDER – TAILORED VIEWS
BI Control allows you to display the current status of machines directly on the floor plan of the production hall. Individual tags are placed onto the shop floor layout image, which are linked to the machines and show in real time whether a machine is producing, idle, or reporting an alarm. Hovering the cursor over a given tag displays more detailed information. The module thus provides a quick and intuitive overview of machine utilization and the overall situation on the floor, helping to manage production efficiently.
