Our team members are shaping into specific positions, and simultaneously, we are defining new company processes to maintain the high quality of our provided services. However, with the growth of the company come new challenges—one of them being our external communication. We want it to be just as professional and clear as our products and services.
Therefore, last week, for example, we prepared new profile photographs for our website and marketing materials. These photos are not just a cosmetic update—they are part of a broader effort to show who we are and how we work. For this collaboration, we invited professionals from Czechpromotion, who are helping us with our marketing and communication strategy.
The entire process showed us that even in marketing, it is essential to have a clear concept, a plan, and an eye for detail—from photos and texts to the overall visual impression. Thanks to this, we can better present what we do and showcase our products and services the way they deserve. Better communication helps us demonstrate that we are not only a technologically progressive company, but also an open and accessible one that is worth collaborating with.
Expansion of Operations in Slovakia
Our company has been operating in Slovakia for several years, and we have customers there such as MSM Group, ZVS, Vývoj Martin, or Reprofit, with more than 200 production machines, maintenance, or energy management running under our direction. To strengthen our position in this market, we have agreed with our long-term partner, Melmar Solutions s.r.o., represented by Martin Meliš, to expand our cooperation. Melmar will become our first official integrator for the Slovak market.
Through gradual phases, starting with local technical support, sales, and marketing activities, we want to progress to full implementation integration and subsequent post-implementation care. We look forward to this cooperation and believe in our mutual success. And it doesn’t have to stop with Slovakia…
World of Machining 2025 – Our Experience
What is the significance of participating in trade fairs? The answer is difficult to generalize, so specifically: What did our participation in the World of Machining bring us?
As exhibitors, we participated in both last year’s inaugural edition and this year’s second edition of this event in Kroměříž, organized by CNC Invest—a major distributor of foreign machine tools for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This year as well, they managed to invite a number of interesting partners, and we are glad that we were among them.
Unlike most exhibitors focused on machines, tools, or peripherals, we presented software for increasing productivity and efficiency. We showcased our two main products: BI CONTROL for monitoring machine utilization and BI MAINTENANCE for efficient maintenance management. In addition, we offered the first five interested parties the opportunity for a non-binding, one-month free trial of BI CONTROL.
The start of the event was not easy for us—visitors tended to pass by our booth. However, the turning point came on the second day, and the third day exceeded expectations. We signed up three companies to test BI CONTROL and initiated further negotiations with potential partners. What caught the most attention was our ability to customize applications to specific needs and our flexibility in solving even unusual requests.
It was confirmed that company management is increasingly looking for ways to eliminate losses and views digitalization as a clear path to higher efficiency.
